The Victory Cart
A woman who always returns shopping carts correctly suddenly leaves one in the middle of the parking lot. She looked at it one last time before getting in the car. A small smile started to find its way to her face. She tipped her face up to the sky and the warm sun spread over her cheeks.
Freedom
She was no longer going to live by the harsh set of internal rules that she battered herself with for the last 37 years.
The cart.. was her victory moment.
She was free.
