Bless Your Spending is for women who are ready to look honestly at the way money moves through their lives, not with shame, but with clarity, curiosity, and practical intention.
This work is not about harsh restriction, budgeting perfection, or treating every purchase like a moral failure. It is about understanding your spending patterns, noticing what pulls you toward certain choices, and creating enough space to decide before the money is (again) gone.
We look at how spending actually shows up in your real life: impulse purchases, emotional spending, online shopping, sale urgency, “I deserve this” moments, avoidance, overgiving, clutter-building purchases, or the quiet little habits that do not seem like much until they become a pattern.
The goal is not to make your life smaller. The goal is to help you spend in a way that feels clearer, calmer, and more aligned with what you actually value.
Over four weekly sessions, we look at what is happening, where the pattern begins, what the purchase is really trying to answer, and what practical choices can help you interrupt the loop before it carries you further than you wanted to go.

Every coaching pathway begins with a focused Clarity Session.
This gives us time to look honestly at where you are, what has been keeping you circling, and what would make the most meaningful difference now.
During our time together, we will clarify the patterns affecting your choices, identify the most useful next step, and determine whether my coaching approach and one of my pathways are the right fit for the work you want to do.
After booking, you will receive a short intake form so I can understand what is happening before we meet and use our time together intentionally.
